The association plan is exclusively for charitable associations. Its reduced price supports associations with limited budgets.

CiviCRM hosting

Use CiviCRM. But how?

CiviCRM is open source. You can host and run CiviCRM yourself, or leave operations to a service provider. Traditional CRM SaaS solutions also take care of operations, but follow a different software and licensing model.

Trial, payment and contract terms

What happens after the four free weeks?

The trial ends automatically unless you agree to continue on a paid basis. There is no automatic obligation to pay. Setup packages are separate paid services and are not part of the free trial.

What term and notice period apply?

Monthly payment: Your subscription continues indefinitely and can be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice.

Annual option: You book twelve months at the discounted annual price and pay in advance. You can cancel with 14 days’ notice before the end of the term. You may of course give notice earlier.

You actively book another discounted year by accepting a renewal offer. The new annual term also has a 14-day notice period before its end.

Without an accepted renewal offer and without effective cancellation, your subscription continues indefinitely at the monthly price for your plan agreed when you booked, including VAT. You may then cancel at any time with one month’s notice.

The subsequent monthly price is agreed specifically when you book annually. Details are set out in the Terms and Conditions and the terms shown during booking. Statutory withdrawal rights and rights of extraordinary termination remain unaffected.

Is individual setup required?

You can set it up yourself or order the optional package. Individual additional services outside the agreed package are offered separately.
