Register your polishub and receive your own CiviCRM work environment. You can test it free for the first four weeks.
Together, we review existing contact data, your policy-field typology and current workflows. We also clarify which contacts are supporters and allies and which are relevant stakeholders.
If you book the setup package, we configure political case management, stakeholder roles, activity types, groups, mailing lists and message delivery. We then prepare and transfer your existing contact data. If you want to configure it yourself, our public documentation is available.
Using your configured environment, we introduce the central workflows: monitor political cases, classify information and stakeholders, organise supporters, and prepare and follow up tasks and interventions. You then continue working with your own data and political cases.

Yes. The setup package includes preparing and transferring an existing contact base. Together, we distinguish supporters and allies from contacts that are relevant stakeholders in political cases.
No. A contact’s political role depends on the case. The same contact can represent interests in one case, provide information in another and be affected in a third. That is precisely why these roles are managed per case.
Yes. You can create a case from a concern submitted through a web form and record the person who submitted it as a contact person or affected person in the case.
You can add further stakeholders to the system at any time. We can also support you in building your data base. On request, we research relevant institutions, organisations, responsibilities and other stakeholders and map them and their relationships in polishub. This research is offered separately depending on scope.
Yes. Tasks and activities can be assigned to those responsible. Access rights can be configured so contributors see the cases and contacts they need without automatically accessing the full data base.
Yes. Supporters and allies can be organised in groups and mailing lists and addressed purposefully. In the agreed setup, we configure bulk email and the intended communication channels through Matrix and Signal. Activities and tasks can then be documented and followed up.
