polishub provides the technical infrastructure. With the foundation package, we additionally set up the typical workflows of a grant-making foundation and prepare the transition from your existing work environment.
Historical donation and grant-project data is not part of the flat-rate migration. You can transfer it later if needed or maintain it yourself. A comprehensive migration is worthwhile above all when historical data will actually be used for analysis, data-driven fundraising or continued project work.
The preconfigured work environment is included in the ongoing plan. You can add individual setup by polbeo as an option.

You actively book another discounted year. Without a new annual booking and without cancellation, your subscription continues indefinitely at the regular monthly price for your plan and can then be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice. The four-week trial ends automatically without a paid continuation. Setup packages are commissioned separately.
Enter your email address and confirm your registration. Your personal polishub is then provisioned as part of the regular provisioning and contract process.

We configure your polishub, set up the grant workflow, forms and templates, and prepare the agreed existing data for transfer.
