Open source & development

We develop with CiviCRM – and for CiviCRM.

We make reusable foundations traceable and, where responsible, publicly usable. This turns practical experience into software that can help others move forward.

More about our development

Our knowledge

Our knowledge is not our advantage.

Our advantage is what we make of it.

We do not develop software for its own sake. It helps us automate recurring work reliably, integrate complex requirements cleanly and turn experience into better products. If a solution also helps other organisations and developers, it does not need to remain behind closed doors. Our competitive advantage is not exclusive ownership of knowledge, but turning it into products that work, can be understood and can be developed further.

Extensions with a clearly stated status.

We link source code and documentation only where they are publicly available and verifiable.

CiviVerify

One-time, time-limited confirmation links for traceable CiviCRM processes.

CiviVerify provides generic verification workflows. Applications can issue a single confirmation link and react to its confirmed, expired or revoked state without moving the domain follow-up action into the extension. The default flow deliberately confirms only after an explicit action, so mail scanners and link previews cannot consume a verification unintentionally. The extension integrates with existing workflows through APIv4, Symfony events and optional CiviRules.

For example: An organisation confirms a request by email and begins its domain process only afterwards.

CiviNeo Notify

Rule-based outbound notifications from CiviCRM; Matrix is the first implemented transport.

CiviNeo Notify prepares changes in CiviCRM for rule-based notifications. Rules are configured structurally, messages are created through a small, explicit set of placeholders, and are initially placed in a delivery queue. Sending is deliberately separate from detecting an event. In the current alpha state, a serial background process delivers messages through Matrix. Incoming Matrix commands are documented future work and not part of this release.

For example: A team is informed in a Matrix room when a specified record changes in CiviCRM.

Technology behind polishub

polishub.environment

The foundation for verified orders and repeatable provisioning of polishub environments.

Larger organisational structures need a common foundation as well as work environments that fit their respective sub-organisations. This technology brings reusable technical building blocks, configurable variants and the workflows around ordering and provisioning together. The goal is not a separate isolated solution for each unit. We create a sound foundation from which suitable polishubs can be provisioned systematically. The appropriate configuration remains a domain question for each organisation.

Sub-organisationpolishub Bconfigured to fit
Sub-organisationpolishub Cconfigured to fit
One shared technical foundation can be repeatedly provisioned as a suitable work environment, without starting from scratch for every sub-organisation.

Internal product technology. This implementation is not presented as a publicly available extension. We therefore do not publish internal architectural details or operational and security configuration.

Community and collaboration

Openness needs verifiable work.

We make our concrete contributions visible where they can be verified: in published source code, releases and documentation. We distinguish our own extensions, contributions to the CiviCRM core and other community activity. This page will grow with further verifiable contributions, not decorative claims.
